Laundry Management System
Step 1
These are small, durable tags attached to each garment. They store unique identifiers and other relevant information.
How Laundry Management Solution Works
Each garment is tagged with an RFID tag. These tags can be sewn into the garment or attached using other methods. RFID tags contain unique identifiers that store information about the garment.
When garments are received, they are scanned using RFID readers. This process logs each garment into the system, recording details such as the type of garment, owner, date of check-in, and required services (washing, dry cleaning, ironing, etc.).
RFID-enabled sorting systems automatically identify and sort garments based on the information in their RFID tags. This helps streamline the sorting process, ensuring that garments are directed to the appropriate service area.
Throughout the laundry process, RFID readers track the location and status of each garment. This includes washing, drying, ironing, folding, and packaging stages.
The system maintains a real-time inventory of garments. This includes tracking garments in storage, in process, or ready for pickup. Inventory data helps prevent loss and misplacement of garments.
The system offers endless features, including:
Automated garment identification and tracking.
Real-time monitoring of garment status and location.
Reduced manual labour for sorting and tracking.
Faster processing times and turnaround.
Enhanced customer service and satisfaction.
Scalability for growing business needs.
Support for multiple laundry types (e.g., commercial, retail, industrial).
Three Key Components for Effortless Advancement
Increased Efficiency
RFID technology automates the identification and tracking of garments, significantly reducing the time and effort required for manual sorting and record-keeping.
Enhanced Inventory Control
Real-Time Monitoring The system provides up-to-the-minute information on the status and location of each garment, whether in storage, in process, or ready for pickup.
Enhanced Security and Loss Prevention
Anti-Theft Measures RFID tags help prevent garment theft and loss by providing a secure method of tracking each item throughout the facility.
