Visitor Management System

Step 1

Visitors register and receive RFID tags/cards upon arrival, which contain unique identifiers.

RFID readers at entry points scan these tags/cards, granting access based on permissions.

The system tracks visitor movements and generates reports, enhancing security and operational efficiency.

How Visitor Management Solution Works

Visitors are issued RFID tags or cards upon arrival. These RFID tags can be in the form of cards, wristbands, or even stickers.

RFID readers are placed at key entry points and throughout the facility where visitor access is controlled. These readers detect the RFID tags as visitors move through different areas.

Visitors provide their details (name, contact information, purpose of visit) upon arrival, and a temporary RFID tag or card is issued to them.

Visitors check in by tapping their RFID tag on a reader. When leaving, they check out using the same method.

Instant alerts can be sent to security personnel or hosts when unauthorized access attempts are detected or when a visitor’s stay exceeds predefined limits.

The system offers endless features, including:

RFID Tags or Cards for visitor identification
RFID Readers at entry points and key areas
Centralized software system for data management
Visitor registration with details and purpose
Access control based on credentials and permissions
Real-time monitoring of visitor movements
Alerts for unauthorized access attempts

Three Key Components for Effortless Advancement

Enhanced Security

RFID technology provides a more secure method of verifying visitor identity compared to traditional methods like paper logs or manual check-ins.

Real-time Monitoring

Allows for real-time monitoring of visitor movements, enabling quick response to security incidents or emergencies.

Analytics and Insights

Generates data-driven insights into visitor behavior and facility usage patterns, which can inform operational decisions.

It takes 3 step to automate the problems

Step 1

Visitors register and receive RFID tags/cards upon arrival, which contain unique identifiers.

Step 2

RFID readers at entry points scan these tags/cards, granting access based on permissions.

Step 3

The system tracks visitor movements and generates reports, enhancing security and operational efficiency.
