GYM Management

Iron Cut is a Gym and Fitness Club based in Delhi which offers several membership plans on fitness and training such as Yoga, Cardio, Aerobics, CrossFit, Muscle Building etc. They also provide health and nutrition supplements to their members. Some of the specific requirements of the client were:

• Need a smart system to manage the Gym Activities.
• An automated system to keep track of the ENTRY and EXIT activities of the members.
• A platform where the admin can add products for sales.
• Check all the reports such as expenditure, Revenue etc.
• Manage the reports of all the employees.
• Manage the transactions etc.

Challenges

Earlier the Gym management was done traditionally by paper and pen which is prone to error

and hard to maintain. There was no means of managing money flow records, inventory tracking of products, proper attendance of the members, notification to the members for any special offer or information related to gym etc.

Solution

After hearing the problems and requirements of the client, we came up with a system that incorporates RFID UHF tags. With our smart solution, the whole system is now equipped with RFID Access Card-based technology. Our application, in sync with our smart RFID-based hardware, handles all the challenges our client was facing earlier. Results

After deploying the RFID Software solution, the GYM resulted in an easy, maintainable system, equipped with online payment gateway for ease of clients. The Gym admin can check all his expenditures, Money Transactions, Members entry and exit logs, validity of member’s plans, their pending bills etc. in one single system. There is a proper automated system for GYM member’s attendance, a system for visitor’s management and all of this will be done digitally.
