Challenge
College Campus is huge and has multiple gates. Earlier they were maintaining a register for visitor management which was a very tedious task. It was prone to error and hard to maintain. There were security issues and less transparency to the main officials. As a result, they started looking for some smart and efficient solution which can reduce their paperwork as well as man powers and enhance transparency and security.
Solution
Smart Team analysed the problem in depth and offered a complete and reliable solution using advanced RFID devices. To do this, our team designed smart solutions in which a software application get integrated with smart RFID reader & web cam. Through the application, they can maintain the Visitors data digitally which will reduce paperwork and take lesser time to authenticate the IN/OUT process of the visitor. Also, it helps in to increase the safety of the institution.
